About the Road

What this site is, what it isn’t, and the promise attached

This site exists to answer one deceptively simple question: what do you actually need to watch before Avengers: Doomsday, and in what order? Release order or timeline order? Do the Netflix shows count? Where does Black Widow actually go? When exactly do you stop for the post-credits scene that spoils the next thing? The usual answers online are listicles that disagree with each other and wiki tables built for archivists, not couches.

So the answer became a checklist, and the checklist became this page: one ordered list with stop points and spoiler-safe notes that remembers exactly where you are.

What this site is

A free, no-signup tracker for everything worth watching before Avengers: Doomsday (December 18, 2026) — in exact order, with stop points, spoiler-safe notes, and honest verdicts about what counts and what doesn't. One list, two lenses: release order for first-timers, timeline order for rewatchers. Your progress saves on your device and belongs to you.

What this site isn't

It isn't a database of everything Marvel ever made (that's a deliberate choice — the Beyond the Road page explains every omission). It isn't affiliated with Marvel, Disney, or Sony in any way. And it isn't a company — it's an independent fan project with no staff, no accounts, and no paywall.

Who uses it

First-timers doing all 230 hours, veterans keeping count on a rewatch, and anyone bringing someone else along — partners being caught up before a group trip to the theater, parents watching the saga with their kids, longtime fans guiding friends stop by stop. Whatever your run looks like, the list keeps its place so you don’t have to.

The promise

The road stays free, stays accurate, and stays updated through premiere night — every date, every stop point, every note, corrected as Marvel shuffles the map. When Doomsday arrives, the site doesn't end; the road bends toward Avengers: Secret Wars and keeps going. The site may show a few unobtrusive ads to help keep it free — never popups, never paywalls, never signups.

Get in touch

Questions, corrections, and feature ideas are always welcome, and the best ones end up on the site. The timeline order exists because users asked. Come ask for the next thing.
